AniPranaYoga with Anne-Claude

Breath · Movement · Stillness

In stillness,
the breath speaks.

AniPrana invites you to journey inward. To listen to the quiet rhythm of prāṇa, and rediscover the life that flows through you.

Prāṇa: the breath of life

Everything begins with one breath.

Before the first posture, there is the breath. It steadies the body, quietens the mind and brings you home to the present moment.

Follow the circle for a few rounds. Nothing else to do.

Meet your teacher

Hello, I’m Anne-Claude.

Originally from Switzerland, I have lived and worked in Thailand for many years. Somewhere between the mountains of home and the green warmth of Thailand, the breath became my teacher.

AniPrana is where that practice lives. Every class starts and ends with the breath. From there we move, soften, listen and rest, at a pace that suits your body on the day.

No need to be flexible. No need to be anything. Just arrive, and breathe.

The breath is always with you. Yoga simply reminds you to listen.

Room to move. Space to be.

Five ways to return to yourself

  • 01

    Hatha

Classic postures, linked to the breath. Steady, grounded and unhurried.

  • 02

    Mobility

Gentle, joint-friendly movement that keeps the body free, supple and easy.

  • 03

    Sound

Singing bowls and vibration to settle a busy mind and soothe the nervous system.

  • 04

    Nidra

Yogic sleep. A guided journey into deep rest while you lie still and simply listen.

  • 05

    Yin

Long, quiet holds that release deep tension and invite patience and surrender.

A new space is unfolding.
